Episode 9: all about using food for training even with dogs that won’t take food when out and about

Border collie puppy

You are not the only one, many many time I have new students coming to me with a dog that won’t take food on walks. I also have some students that ask me why using food? Is the dog not learning just because there is food around?

In this episode I explain why I use food, why I think it’s an important part of the training process and also how to make food more fun for Border Collies that are too busy to watch the world go by then to take your treat!

Enjoy this new episode, I hope the background noise wasn’t too much!
