About These Terms
These terms and conditions apply to your use of That’ll Do Academy’s website and services, including The Collie Club membership, one-to-one and assessment programmes, and online courses. By joining, booking, or purchasing any of our services, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
Training Disclaimer
At That’ll Do Academy, I put my full effort, knowledge, and experience into every piece of training advice, content, and coaching I provide. My methods are built on force-free training and up to date methods, and I am committed to helping you build the best possible relationship with your Border Collie.
However, the outcome of any training programme depends on a wide range of factors that are beyond my control. These include, but are not limited to:
– Your engagement with the programme and consistency in applying what you learn
– Your Border Collie’s age, physical health, and maturity
– Your Border Collie’s individual history, temperament, and learning pace
– The time and commitment you are able to dedicate to training
Border Collies are not machines, and behaviour change takes time. There is no guarantee that your Border Collie will achieve a specific result within a specific timeframe, despite my best efforts. Training is a process, and consistency and patience are key to lasting change.
That’ll Do Academy is not liable for any outcomes, whether physical, emotional, or otherwise, resulting from the application of training advice or techniques provided through our programmes, content, or coaching.
Part One: The Collie Club Membership
Membership Options
The Collie Club is available as a monthly membership or a six-month membership. Details of current pricing and what is included are available on the membership page at the time of purchase and they work on an automated renewal.
Cancellation
You may cancel your membership at any time. The easiest way to do this is to log in to your account, navigate to billing or payments, and follow the option to cancel. If you are unable to locate this, please contact us at info@thatlldoacademy.com.
If you need to contact us to cancel, please give a minimum of seven days’ notice before your next payment date. I am not on admin every day, and I cannot guarantee same-day processing of cancellation requests. Requests made with less than seven days’ notice before a payment date may not be processed in time to prevent that payment from going through.
Refunds
There are no refunds for The Collie Club membership. Once a payment has been processed, whether for a monthly or six-month period, that payment is non-refundable. You will retain access to the membership for the full period you have paid for.
It is your responsibility to cancel before your next payment date if you do not wish to continue.
Live Zoom Sessions
The Collie Club includes weekly live coaching sessions held via Zoom. The following terms apply to these sessions:
– Replays β where possible, recordings of live sessions will be made available to members after the session. Replays are provided as a courtesy and are not guaranteed to be available on the same day; it may take a couple of days to upload them.
– Cancelled or rescheduled sessions β I take holidays and occasional personal days, and as a result some live sessions will not take place and will not be rescheduled. I keep this to an absolute minimum and will always give members as much notice as possible. Cancelled sessions do not affect the terms of your membership or entitle you to a refund.
Community Rules
The Collie Club includes access to a members’ community. By joining, you agree to the following:
– Treat all members and That’ll Do Academy staff with respect at all times
– Keep discussions relevant to Border Collie training and the topics covered in the membership
– Do not share, post, or promote content that is offensive, discriminatory, or harmful
– Do not advertise or promote other products, services, or programmes within the community without prior permission
That’ll Do Academy reserves the right to remove any member from the community, without refund, if these rules are not followed.
Copyright and Content Sharing
All training materials provided through The Collie Club, including videos, audio recordings, written guides, PDF resources, and any other content, are the property of Martina Miradoli and That’ll Do Academy.
You may not share, distribute, reproduce, or resell any paid content outside of the membership. This includes sharing login details, forwarding materials to non-members, or posting content in public or private groups elsewhere. Breach of this will result in immediate removal from the membership without refund.
It is not permitted to share screenshots, recordings, or content from live Zoom sessions that include other members’ contributions, questions, or personal experiences. This is to protect the privacy and confidentiality of all members.
Part Two: Assessments and One-to-One Training Programmes
This section applies to all assessment sessions and one-to-one training programmes offered by That’ll Do Academy, whether delivered online or face to face.
Rescheduling
Once a session or programme has been booked and a start date confirmed, rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session.
Please be aware that I do not work on Mondays or Tuesdays. If your session falls on a Wednesday, you must contact me by Sunday morning at the latest to request a reschedule, as I will not be available to respond on Monday or Tuesday. Requests received after this window will not be processed in time and the session will be forfeited.
Refunds and Payment Plans
There are no refunds once a programme has begun or an assessment session has been confirmed.
If you are paying for a programme in instalments, all payments must be completed in full, even if you choose to end the programme early for any reason. This includes, but is not limited to, changes in your personal circumstances, distance, or rehoming your Border Collie.
In the event of your Border Collie passing away, please contact us and we will handle your situation with care and on an individual basis.
Photos and Videos During Sessions
During one-to-one training sessions, I may take photos and videos for educational purposes, including use on social media. These will never be used in a way that identifies you without your knowledge.
If you do not wish for any photos or videos taken during your sessions to be used on social media or in any other public-facing content, please let me know at your first session. Once you have informed me of this, your preference will be noted and respected throughout our work together.
Part Three: Online Courses and Webinars
This section applies to any standalone online courses, webinars, or other digital resources purchased through the That’ll Do Academy online hub.
Refunds
Online courses and webinars are single, one-off purchases. Once payment has been processed, no refund will be issued under any circumstances. Please ensure you are happy with your purchase before completing payment.
Copyright and Content Sharing
All course content β including videos, audio, written materials, and any downloadable resources β is the property of Martina Miradoli and That’ll Do Academy and is licensed for the use of the individual purchaser only.
You may not share, distribute, or pass on access to any paid course content to anyone else. Only the person who purchased the course may access the materials. Breach of this will result in access being revoked without refund.
Changes to These Terms
That’ll Do Academy reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
