Having a canine companion in the family can bring so much joy and teach children valuable life lessons. But it’s crucial for kids to know how to respect and interact safely with their four-legged pals. 🧒🏼🤝🐕

👉 Why is this important? Well, let’s face it, kids can be unpredictable little bundles of energy! They run, cry, shriek, and play, which might be confusing for our furry friends. 🏃‍♀️😢 Dogs may find some of these behaviours stressful, and we want to ensure a happy and safe environment for both kids and canines. 🐶💖

As a certified KADs (Kids Around Dogs) Approved Professional, Catherine will guide your children through an engaging and informative workshop and help them understand canine behaviour, doggie body language, and the dos and don’ts of canine interactions. 📚🐕

Here’s what we’ll cover in the workshop:

📍 The best places to stroke a dog for maximum happiness and comfort.
📍 Proper behaviour around both familiar and unfamiliar dogs.
📍 How to care for and look after their canine companions responsibly.
📍 Tips and tricks for building a strong and loving bond with their dogs. 💪🐾
